The incumbent will work with development partners, staff, and other stakeholders in project planning, design, and implementation. The Senior Benefit Access Manager, reporting to the COO, is responsible for overseeing the Client Services programs at TCAH. This role involves program development and management, stakeholder engagement, grant management, staff development, and strategic thought leadership. The Senior Benefit Access Manager plays a vital role in advancing TCAH’s mission and ensuring effective program delivery.

The Assistant Farm Manager will be charged with supervising and maintaining the daily operations of all TCAH farms in Brooklyn and Queens. This position includes working closely with youth, volunteer groups, and community members, to oversee all youth and volunteer participants, while physically working as part of the team. The Assistant Farm Manager directs the activities in the 2 fold general farm activity for optimal productivity and success of the farm programs.

The Campaign Against Hunger is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Youth Empowerment Associate. The incumbent is expected to assist in developing, implementing and coordinating youth empowerment/youth workforce activities for the agency and assist with outreach programs related to community engagement, public education, and awareness for TCAH’s programs. The individual will maintain community and government affairs awareness within designated geographic or demographic areas to identify potential opportunities and/or partnerships to further TCAH’s mission of ending hunger. The individual is responsible to build agency consciousness and increase CBO, funders and partner referral activities. The individual must exemplify the ability to connect with potential clients and donors to ensure maximum utilization opportunities and facilitate productive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
